I wonder why the author of the article didn’t bring up the events in at the time, and waited until after Christchurch mention the story.

This is so transparent guys, come on. You aren’t the guys behind the terror attack in Christchurch, why do you have to try to diminish what they did with articles like this?

The 50 dead in New Zealand is tragic, no doubt about it. It is being shouted from the rooftops. On the content of the manifesto of the shooter those same voices are silent.

How is it that the thousands of dead Christians in Africa at the hands of Muslims is so much less newsworthy? Where are those who will shout that a Christian in a Muslim majority country is hundreds of times more likely to be killed for his religion than a Muslim in a Western country?

Yes, and isn't it sad for those with hungry minds observing the world around us, that see this as yet another example of the puppet show media putting out a biased world view. South Africa even as an example. Good luck googling the truth of that horror show and the genocide being perpetrated on white farmers and encouraged by political party leaders. The Media is simply NOT going to “report” these things or, if they DO “report” these things it will be as minimally as they can get away with.
MUSLIMS Killing CHRISTIANS ... or HINDUS ... or BUHDISTS ... or even Other MUSLIMS ... DOES NOT “Fit” the Narrative they are trying so hard to push ...

Two things can be true at once. The attack in Christchurch is horrible and the main stream media is biased. That said, it doesn't negate the tragedy in NZ. And I don't think this post was trying to water it down, but nevertheless, heart wrenching.
