It should be regulated by the state (VA) simularly to alcohol.

I keep smoking to one day a week, all choirs including yard and clean toilets are up to par and no immediate responsibility for the next 4hrs. Discipline gives you freedom.

As a fairly regular user, it has costs and benefits. Everything in moderation.

Whilst I never would be interested in smoking/doing drugs of the sort, it should be legal as keeping it illegal has done nothing to deter those who were determined to smoke themselves a blunt.
