The footage of this man giving this speech/retort is either pretty old (more than a few years) or he has done something quite similar in the past … if my recollection is correct, he was even wearing the same clothes.

Regardless, it is quite a good response … whenever he did it.

Level 7

Great speech but it was before a city or county council meeting. The second part, equally as impressive in my view, from an expert from Heritage Foundation is indeed before congress and just like always, I suspect few paid attention.
