When talking about modern day policing and the perceived controversy around that, using the term "reallocating resources" means the same thing as seriously defunding the police. We the people aren't that stupid (well, those of us anyways who know the Democrats lie like crazy), and for certain politicians to believe otherwise would be to make a grave mistake on their part...
