Il gruppo d'investimenti RSBC Group ha annunciato a sorpresa il 24 aprile di aver rilevato la quota di maggioranza, e dunque la proprietà, della Steyr Arms GmbH. L'azienda austriaca andrà a formare un conglomerato con la slovena AREX defense, già di proprietà della holding ceca.
