@JVIP-WTPNN. The Governor has called for voluntary self-quarantine, whether or not symptomatic, and has made veiled threats that it will be mandatory if compliance fails.
FYI, The American Thinker makes a good case that because no one ever has spent the money to track the common cold before, it is a wide open opportunity to turn it into a crisis if you know in advance that the common cold transmits this fast. [americanthinker.com]
