Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.There was a time when Law Enforcement understood the need to make their posting of public policy in potentially volatile situations with tactical restraint to avoid sending any kind of signal to perpetrators that there may be an opportunity for breaking law and order with impunity. A lot like gun-free zones, where the mentally ill realize they can kill easily.
