It was intended to test impact on 5G known to "assist" oxygen deprivation in cellular functions. How did it get out? Accident or planned? I dunno... The cover-up does not suggest one or the other as that is the normal behavior for the CCP.

My info says it was "engineered" in Atlanta. Wound up at a Canadian uni and traveled to China in a diplomatic case. Some say "stolen" others say "sold". Canada was necessary to clean up the paperwork. That implies "Sold".
