How could it not? Our friends, UV A,B, and C are late to the party this year.

No longer in the absence of data, we should be able to handle a 2nd Wave
without shutting down all of humanity in the fall.

Yes not much according to the best information I have. Most people work in aircoditioned offices and drive to and from work in airconditiomed cars from their airconditioned homes or take airconditioned transit.
