It is about time. And, quite sad that there has to be another law passed to protect a baby born alive from being murdered.

Its been documented that some late term abortions, after having their limbs sucked of by the "doctor" performing the abortion, are removed and remain alive, gasping for air because the need their airway suctioned to remove the amniotic fluid so that they can breath. They just suffer till they suffocate on the table.
@enlightendone Some? how many ? sounds pretty non medical professional to me.
@Lightman Most abortions are done early in the pregnancy and though the number of late term abortions are unfortunately successful some are birthed alive and are allowed to die in this manor. Abortion is a very difficult subject and it can be debated that if performed early there is no pain for the fetus, the late term abortion is in my opinion is cruel and unnecessary.
