So Michael Cohen was referred for criminal investigation for FARA violations while he was testifying to congress...does incriminating yourself while violating attorney client privilege on TV make you the worst lawyer of all time or no?
and how does a lawyer being convicted of a crime, make attorney client privilege null and void?
Not sure what you mean here. A criminal investigation was requested yesterday during testimony. He admitted he had contracts with foreign companies that he did not previously disclose. FARA violation. The Attorney client privilege issue is anything he discussed with Trump. Other than direct requests to cover crimes. Any mention of "he said only blacks could live like this" etc is a complete violation. Maybe he figures he is already disbarred and going to prison...what they gonna do. He admitted "Trump never told me directly to...it's not his style"...so he never asked him to commit a crime. He name needs to stay the fk off his lips
Dishonest people in congress, questioning a person convicted of lying to congress, all telling us he is trustworthy THIS time
