Education is important but a person who wants to succeed will find a way. Hard work is number one and Education is number two.

High IQ correlates with good grades in school and a higher standard of living. The lie is that a good school produces good students. In truth, when finding a place to live, you look for a school district that performs well. These districts are usually affluent. IQ is mostly genetic and does not improve from an early age. Therefore, the more affluent families produce higher IQ kids that perform well in school and move on to do well. High end colleges do a very good job at sorting through available candidates to enroll high IQ students. Alright, I'll look at Matt Walsh's video (I usually stick to Shapiro and Klavan). Einstein received the highest marks in math and science in school and performed well in other studies. Einstein was only bad at politics and dealing with his wife.

Depends on how you measure success in life? From an earnings standpoint, statistically those with college degrees and above are likely to earn more. However, that does not mean those without, do not or cannot. If you look at some of the most financially successful people in the world they don't necessarily have college degrees. I think it comes down to an individuals desire to succeed.
