OK, my impression ; these folks are mentally ill. This is not a cop out comment. These people are completely insane.

First, this is simply more PC Lunacy although, truthfully I believe it is yet one more means being pushed by the Left ... the Globlists ... designed to destroy society.
These kids are one day going to grow to hate their parents for screwing up their entire lives.

I think it's more than just a bit ridiculous. I think it is counterintuitive. I'm also not happy with this push to use "they" as a singular pronoun. I'm an English teacher, and it violates my grammar sensibilities to singularize a plural pronoun. I have had students asked me if they can use Ze or Zur replacements in their papers, and I told them absolutely not!

This is not to say I don't treat individuals with respect. If someone is transgender, and that person wishes to be identified by a pronoun that is similar to his or her current identity, I will oblige in spoken conversation. But I don't think it's fair to expect me to change grammar rules that have been in place for hundreds of years. Many other languages use gendered nouns, and from what I have seen, only people who speak English have been asked to alter their language.

Facts are facts. If you're born swinging, you are a boy. If not you are a girl.

This is clearly psychological manipulation and conditioning. Such ideologies are damaging and to teach children this kind of nonsense will effect them for the rest of their lives. Children rely on parents and peers for guidance to promote a good quality of life, not a psychological hell of confusion.
