Some times I wonder how I made it past 70. I grew up with all the things that the "experts" say will me.

There is a lot of information about fluoride on Instagram in the adrenochrome page you just have to look for it.
I'm 49 so i think I'm past the age of worry, but my daughter does stay away from it for the grandchildren.

Can't say I'm fond of fluoride.

I used to make my own. Now I purchase Arm and Hammer as I do not drink fluorinated water.
