I think we would have better results in the US by drawing names from a hat and saying you're "it" for 2-4 or 6 years, then you are "not it" and forced to live under the laws and policies you have created.

Unfortunately , the general population is a mass of celebrity groupies .. The only choices they are allowed is working in a coal mine , or working in a whore house .
