Cops, Courts & Death Threats for Civil Speech:
Just miles down the road from the infamous Evergreen State is an island called Bainbridge Island. I retired from the military and my Harvard graduate wife (who clerked for liberal Justice Jean Paul Stevens of the Supreme Court of the United States) and I bought a condo and moved there. While there I civilly criticized a powerful SJW, Clarence Moriwaki, on a public Facebook page for hypocrisy relating to a public memorial.
In response he got his friend and local judge to call my civil criticism "cyberstalking" and to force me and my wife to turn any firearms into the local police and censor my online speech and exclude me from public events and even from a portion of my own private property making it impossible to live in the small ferry town given that Moriwaki lived in the condos next to me. This was all done while Mr. Moriwaki was publicly liking calls for my death on his social media.
UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh represented me pro bono on appeal and the municipal court order was reversed for violating the First Amendment. We also sued in federal court and weeks ago got our Washington State cyberstalking law knocked down as violating the Constitution (the law literally made anonymously or twice posting something "embarassing" about another person a crime that carried a year in jail).
But the incredible atmosphere of Bainbridge Island insanity along with our court victories has led to multiple death threats including one Moriwaki-supporter (a felon convicted for aggravated assault after beating his girlfriend with a bat and sending her to the ER) calling my parents and myself and leaving threats after being told not to contact us.

It took me less than 4 months to move out of there, counldn't wait. It was crazy when I left, it just gets crazier. I wish I could talk my extended family to leave before it is to late.

I just finished watching 'Seattle is Dying' by KOMO-4. Our family wants us to move to that area, but it will not be in King County! These cities must wake up, but it will take a giant gong ringing to get even one eye open. Thank uou for fighting what was done to you. Too often people don't have the means, the education, or the guts to fight. That has given the impression that people don't care if we are mistreated. Kinda like an insurance company paying off a claim to the person at fault because it will cost less in the long run.
Again, thank you. We need more people who are willing to fight. Wonder how many you have inspiried by telling you story?

Thank you sir. So far my attempts to tell the story have not been successful on any scale, but I just found this website today and previous attempts to tell it have been silenced by mob action directed at shutting down my social media.
If there are any documentarians or sociologists wishing to make something needed, interesting, and compelling please consider visiting Bainbridge Island, WA. What is occurring on our island is literally fascist in the model of a fusion of government and organized mob that attacks speech critical of the power structure. I know fascism is a troubling word, but I believe I am very accurately using it to describe our island. It's deadly serious and my datapoint along with Professor Weinstein's datapoint and others that the IDW has been examining and exposing is growing in a very dangerous way.

It has been a trying time. Mr. Moriwaki is a PR guy who worked for Congressman Jay Inslee. They are still friends and Jay Inslee lives on our small island. There are other powerful people involved and the lengths they have gone to silence civil speech have been pretty amazing, well beyond the multiple false police reports and the corrupt court action that we got overturned. I can't get into all the details but we are being hunted and the fusion of powerful politicians and street level mob reminds me greatly of how Mussolini's Blackshirts operated.
Any assistance getting this story out could very well prevent violence so it's much appreciated and thanks in advance.
As can be seen above, YouTube took down my video of the phone threats the convicted felon left on my phone after he was told to stop calling me. Can't have me sharing that because, you know, privacy or something like that. Yet again the tech companies give in to complaints from those wishing to silence speech and prevent criticism. Hopefully Vimeo can withstand a bit better.

Unfortunately he has a sizable mob on our island and the rest of the island is too afraid to speak out publicly against him. It's like when ISIS takes a town in the Middle East, while the people in the town generally have the same values they are not all extremist, but they are too frightened to speak out about the extremists who run the place.
It's a bad situation on Bainbridge Island. Similar to Evergreen State (lots of cross over) but far worse. And it's growing and being exported throughout our State and even further.

It amazes me that so many SJWs are serial domestic abusers. I used to live in North Dakota. One of our liberal congresswoman was often beaten by her SJW husband who ran an energy research program at the University. I was a volunteer firefighter in a surrounding community. The same guy started a huge fire on his land that was obstructing the visibility on an interstate. We were called to extinguish the fire and the crazy bastard threatened to shoot us. Unhinged. The least common denominator of liberals.

The ironies and hypocrisies that arise from the SJW mindset are staggering. In my situation I am literally painted as a physical threat and a stalker for my civil criticism by people who publicly like calls for my death and leave threatening phone messages. I am painted by them as being racist when it is they who believe people should be judged on skin color rather than on content of character and while I have . They paint me as alt-right despite me voting for Obama and despite me being supported by the ACLU in this free speech struggle. I criticize a man because he supports politicians who literally made indefinite detention without charge or trial legal who has one (Jay Inslee) speak at the memorial that has "Let [Indefinite Detention Without Charge or Trial] Not Happen Again" written on the wall as its motto.
It seems laughable and its easy to underestimate the threat this cult presents because of how ridiculous its professions. I think the irony and hypocrisy that comes from it is due to the fact that they have wholly abandoned any concern for truth or reality in their struggle for power. Whatever the case, as ridiculous as their professions appear, they are a serious threat in our nation.
