Who else thinks that more people should start forming "Unions" again? Big corporations hate that word because they'll be held accountable!

I agree on more Unions. Problem is that back around Reagan when the air traffic controllers tried to strike they were forced back to work. But on a more personal want, I would like a pension like our ancestors used to get. That and something to keep in mind, America doesn't have a pro-labor party. The new batch of democrats encouraging socialism are probably the closest to that. But there isn't a labor party like in the UK and other western countries.

If a pension is all you need, you don't need a union. You could put your own money away, and not rely on another bloated infrastructure to take care of you.
@DomGuerilla In fairness I would prefer a pension to a 401k. As for saving my money, between food, rent, car payments, and various bills, I can only save so much. Can only split a pack of top ramen between so many meals. Also able to skimp on heating by just getting more blankets. At this rate I should be able to make this month's car payment... sometime next year?
