I'm glad to see one celebrity Liberal who has tried to reign in the far left through the years since way back on Politically Incorrect and in this interview back in 2015, before I was even aware of terms like Micro Aggressions he was talking against it. This Caitlin Flanagan seems pretty level headed too. Sure Bill can still be a total ignorant ass but him & others like Jon Stewart are mostly voices of reason among the liberal media. And I applaud them for having some balls and pointing out the crazies even before I noticed them spreading in our society.

Dave Rubin is pretty good as well, despite constantly coming under fire from the media for being some far right extremist just because he asks questions and seeks knowledge.

Bill Maher has gone a little bit in the right direction

He'd have go quite a ways further before I'd be willing to to trust him

Maher is a tick, he rides on which ever dog he can get on.

I think that's a really simplistic and intellectually dismissive statement. It doesn't serve any purpose.

@XWolven it may be simplistic, but so what? Do you need a thesis for a reply?

While I don't particularly care for him, I do have to give Maher some credit for standing up for free speech.

This was the most edgy thing I'd ever seen on public television back before there was common profanity on TV and everything was highly censored by the FCC. Maher showed incredible balls with this episode and I couldn't believe I was seeing it on normal (non cable) TV. Hilarious and so refreshing and I was Cheering Bill On. He's gotten to jaded though since then. How would an episode like this be judged today I wonder???
