There have been a couple occasions when I toyed with the thought of getting on Twitter, but I keep hearing – and more frequently now – these stories of Twitter's tyrannical, biased censorship. Now I don't want to have anything to do with Twitter. Twitter has aggressively silenced some of the people I would be most interested in following. Facebook is headed down that same road, from reports I have read, though Twitter seems to be leading the social media "pack." YouTube is among them, so watch David Wood's ten minute account of his experience with Twitter before YouTube deletes it.

I suppose if I had a cell phone and text a lot then I might have a twitter account, but why waste my money of useless stuff?

Unless I misunderstand something, creating a Twitter account is free, so you'd only be wasting time. However, it's hard to argue with those who say "time is money," so…
