Government is force. More government is less liberty. May is going with the global trend of restrictions of individual rights, like speech. A little tyranny on our path to serfdom.

If Laws come into place which force Social Media organizations to censor out content,
I invite you to imagine what our world will look like when Leftists take power.

The same people who claim so much of our free and valuable dialogues are racist, sexist or Islamophobic or homophobic will one day hold power.
And when they do they will now have the tools to censor out from the
general public a great multitude of "dangerous content."

That will be the future for many.

"Keep users safe" = Not allow them to see the wrong opinion as decided by the State
