Do you think Sam Harris uses meditation to have a clear passage not only to find saner approaches to ideas buy also to avoid the natural mental backlash that follows utterly insulting people that can not reason with him because of lack of preparation or flat out having really flawed ideas?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I have no idea. or thoughts about it. has anyone asked him about this? personally I have used meditation to help focus my thoughts, not always very successful mind you. if it helps why not.
