Clearly, the Muslim Brotherhood funds Muslim-based "charities", organizations, etc. I'm not surprised that they even paid the legal fees of Tariq Ramadan. But none of that is illegal. As long as the money trail does not show a connection between funding and terrorism, any country can do this. In the US, we have proof that certain Think Tanks (like the Booker Institute) is also funded by Qatar.
