Kim Potter case is a civil matter not a criminal one. She got the book thrown at her because she is a white cop, nothing else.
Even in the civil court she may not even be found responsible. And the family gets nothing.
The dead man’s wrestling may even put his life and her life at greater risk, Come on man. This is a clear guilt by association.

Responsibility in the eyes of civil court is not they same as "not guilty" in a criminal trial.
