‘Gutfeld!’ slams Judge Jackson for not defining ‘woman’
Another remark Jackson made was a bit disturbing as well. She said that she "as a judge" has based her opinions and decisions upon her "life experience" - she did not make mention of "the law" in response to the question. To me this sounded like an oblique reference to "social justice" and "righting past wrongs" via Supreme Court edict and not according to properly legislated and codified Law.
Her presence on the SCOTUS bench will be an affront - a direct insult to the body of laws that define the parameters - the very boundaries on which we depend to maintain law and order in our Society.
Notions of "fairness" are arbitrary to put it mildly and they can only corrupt the entire body of Law.
And Jesus was born of the Virgin Joseph? Might as well make it two miracles.
