This does seem like the Mexican were patrolling and investigated an unmarked vehicle south of the border wall (even though it was north of the actual border). The incident was handled - no one was shot or incarcerated. I'd say thank you for patrolling our border. I'd look into better comms between the group so they could coordinate and not overlap coverage or maybe you manage immigration so that these patrols would not be necessary. Maybe a wall or something?

I find it interesting since all the border patrol on both sides are equipped with GPS.
