Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Must be illiterate. There is no other document in human history that protects the rights of citizens by limiting government.
The only reason there could possibly be to re-write the Constitution would be that it limits someone's power, so they want a document just like the rest of the countries in the World, that only grant certain rights - or retract them, at their whim.
