Our "Education System" became an Indoctrination System in the early 1960's!!!!!!
I know, I was there!!!!!!

I've maintained that it took place in the late sixties, but we know that it happened.

@GaryMysels It started in the real early 1960's, I was married with kids by the late 60's!!!!!!! IMHO!!!

@Serg97 As far as I can remember, the early sixties were still a time of quiet and respect for law and authority, although some of the younger generation were expressing anti-US sentiment. The revolution came with the the LBJ administration, the catalyst being the negative reaction to the US involvement in the Viet Nam War.

@GaryMysels Just a note: LBJ took over the Oval Office in 1963, early 60s!!!!

@Serg97 But it wasn't until his Viet Nam War that the revolution came about.

@GaryMysels Unbeknownst to most people, the Viet Nam War stared in the late 1950's

@Serg97 In the fifties the US presence was not involved in any actual fighting, but only in various support function. Only after LBJ's excuse of the Gulf of Tonkin incident to enter the war in 1964 did the US become involved as a fighting force, and it became our war. Things escalated in the next few years, and there was widespread protests from many of the US public, draft dodging and civil disobedience. This widespread discontent, protests and disobedience became a political revolution, the discontent of many taken advantage of by left wing communist sympathizers to promote same.
