How is this not unconstitutional racial discrimination in lending?

I had my mortgage with this bank and had to fight them to properly account for the money I paid. In the end they made the adjustments, but if I weren’t checking every payment closely against how much much my remaining balance was, they could have gotten away with keeping my debt going for up to 24 years longer than it should have.

I also had a checking/savings account with this organization. When I stopped making deposits/withdrawals for a period of time, they locked the account and said they were getting ready to close the account with none of the money going back to me (thousands of dollars). I decided it was best to withdraw my money and close the account, but they said it was locked for lack of use. I asked how to unlock it and they said “you have to have a transaction” (deposit or withdrawal). It wouldn’t allow a withdrawal, because it was locked, but it allowed me to make a deposit ($1). The deposit was accepted, but the account remained locked. Nobody could figure out how to unlock my account so I was required to make an appointment t with the bank manager. It ended up taking multiple trip to the city where the bank was and many, many hours of going through one thing after another before they unlocked the funds and I was able to pull out the thousands of dollars they were trying to keep. They seemed ok for savings/checking accounts until they weren’t.
