" House Where University of Idaho Students Were Killed to be Demolished
“This is a healing step and removes the physical structure where the crime that shook our community was committed”"
A horrid waste of a house!!! Let it remain as a reminder of the importance of keeping doors locked and having a handy weapon to defend one's self from the demonic forces of the world!!!
Perhaps leave the interior untouched and charge admission with guides to take paying visitors step-by-step through the house describing in intimate, lurid detail all the events of that night. Embellish the events to ensure the guests get their money's worth. A gift shop offering various shirts, ash trays, mugs, posters etc. of all types; from the sentimental to the barbaric and even grotesque so as to appeal to all mind-sets. The house could become a huge money-maker while keeping the brutally viciously and bloody memories of the slaughtered ones alive. If the real murderer is ever caught there will be a cohort that honors him; typically females with their deranged desire to make a "bad boy" a good boy via the love they have to give. Murderers of all types are typically inundated with marriage offers from freaking females of which the world abounds in. Perhaps a non-murder room can be made an altar to the murderer where pro-killer goods can be sold to the ones admiring the murderer's handiwork.
There is simply too much money to be made from leaving the house erect and used as a tourist trap. Maybe I will buy the house and use it properly.
