NYC has a reason that the phrase; “If I can make it here, I can make it anywhere...”
I lived and worked in NYC (Manhattan), Brooklyn and Queens and did extremely well even though I had some truly devastating setbacks.
There are TONS of Situations with Great Potential (one reason Trump elected to tackle NYC and not stay in Queens) but there are THOUSANDS of Pitfalls and Traps.
I went through three “careers” in Industries that NEVER Failed and ... guess what? They FAILED.
The last one took two commercial jets smashing into the Twin Towers to kill it.
I stood on that day and watched with my own eyes my future being turned to rubble ... I didn’t know it then ... then I was simply concerned about whether my client had people up there that day ...

NYC ... Is seriously a lifestyle ... not a Government ... but it goes through phases and I simply can’t understand the “phase” its been in since Dinkins became mayor ...
