It seems far more directed toward bringing on expanded CONTROL. So, numbers of deceased are not climbing but the FEAR factor in society has proven to be very effective in compliantly herding the population. Besides depopulation as being a goal, another (likely more important) goal is establishing inescapable control over the population. with sufficient control, depopulation becomes much easier. However tech designers now realize a ton of information can be programmed into a nano particle sized chip small enough to flow with a simple injection. One in the body it could be programmed remotely. Once programmed to define your individual signature, every element of your life could be controlled by its presence. Your ability to buy or sell, your access to funds, your access to the medical industry, everything could be allowed or SHUT OFF.
