Congress finally has its control over the population it has always sought, and the Constitution has prevented. Give this a good look folks. It is almost entirely against the principles of the Constitution. The Federal government was never supposed to have this kind of power, for very good reasons. There is a statement in the document which admits that the best plan allows for differences in localities. This is the key admission of the main fault of the document. Localities should be in control. Why make it an exception to over-arching control??? Tell your reps that you are against this folks, while you have the chance. Tell them this should be in the hands of your local counties; not even the states, and definitely not the Feds.
