On behalf of environmentalists everywhere, I would like to formally apologise for the climate scare we created over the past 30 years. Climate change is happening. It’s just not the end of the world. It’s not even our most serious environmental problem.
A few myths he exposes and corrects...
Humans are not causing a “sixth mass extinction”;
The Amazon is not “the lungs of the world”;
Climate change is not making natural disasters worse;
Fires have declined 25 per cent around the world since 2003;
The build-up of wood fuel and more houses near forests, not climate change, explain why there are more, and more dangerous, fires in Australia and California;
Wood fuel is far worse for people and wildlife than fossil fuels;

I know the above facts will sound like “climate denialism” to many people. But that just shows the power of climate alarmism. In reality, the above facts come from the best-available scientific studies, including those conducted by or accepted by the IPCC, the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and other leading scientific bodies.
Oh dear...
And them is just some of the FACTS... most of us however have known this for years... The problem is those same people.... that continually carry on like rabid Lemmings... The Progressives...
So after years of fear and embarrassment he finally decided to speak out and shed some light on the absurd claims made by the... True Believers, The real Climate Deniers, those we all know as Catastrophists and Alarmists.
He has a new book out as way of atonement...
And so my formal apology for our fearmongering comes in the form of my new book, Apocalypse Never: Why Environmental Alarmism Hurts Us All.
Might be a good Xmas present to send to your favourite Progressive. Personally I'd send one to Anthony Albanese and Greta Thunberg. Adam Bandt and The Greens here are simply a lost cause.
So to all those "Useful idiots" round the world, and yes Greta I include you, one of the main ISMs behind this socialist alarmist push is Malthusianism, which has been repeatedly debunked for hundreds of years..
What we need in this world is more Truth and less Panic...

We urge the United States government to reject the global warming agreement that was written in Kyoto, Japan in December, 1997, and any other similar proposals. The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind.
There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.
Seems they were right.

Australia had quite a big bushfire season earlier this year. So of course the climate alarmists were out in force, even though many experts spoke against their prognostications and beliefs.
Even Greta Thunberg chimed in...

Hello Greta...
I’m from Australia.
We are having bushfires; it is bushfire season.
Something that occurs every year.
Some years are better than others, and about every 10 years or so we have bigger bushfires. Weather conditions and the build-up of fuel have the most impact on these fires. These are not caused by climate change our climate has changed very little for a very long time. Oh… and many are started by arsonists or accidents.
We are a country that has regular: droughts, floods, cyclones, bushfires… and we even get the occasional earthquake. These things are not new and not unusual. They are even recorded
in Australian poetry.
This has been happening for millennia. Millennia. That’s right… millennia. Those that understand evolution know that it is not a rapid process. We have plants that have evolved to use fire in order to reproduce. It didn’t happen overnight, in a week, in a year, over a decade or even a century… it has taken millennia.
So please don’t make the mistake of using us as an example of climate change alarmism. Go back to school… and learn about the real world.
