Joe Biden says, "We need to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines," and I suspect he would define those terms very broadly. But, here the thing, those are the weapons that work best if a person (or a very few people) have to defend themselves against a large, angry mob. So, if Biden wants to ban such weapons, maybe he should think first about banning these mobs of rioters. After all, if they keep escalating their violence because elected leaders encourage it, people are probably going to need such weapons at some point.
