Is that a full recovery? Has he tested negative? Is he all good to resume the campaign and give Sleepy Joe another smack down next week?

His doctors said, "He isn't out of the woods yet." I think he is still positive, and he will have to test negative at least three times (?) before being pronounced completely recovered. I think he has said that he plans to be at the next debate, though. These are things I recall hearing in the background on Fox News while I was up working late last night. I think it's accurate information at the moment.
