LINK Conservative Lawmakers and Legal Scholars Denounce Texas Election Suit as ‘a Mockery of Federalism and Separation of Powers’ – Reason.com

What's that saying>
Oh yeah: the road to hell is paved with good intentions

In trying to save their candidate from defeat, they are willing to undermine the very foundation of the US including voting rights and balance between state and federal powers.

Shameful... but they are politicians after all and will do anything for power.
What's your excuse?

A state is entitle to use/abuse its election processes to direct its allotted number of electoral votes as it choses. No state is beholden to another state for its choices or it's method of getting to those choices. If a state doesn't care to following its own laws, how can a different state claim injury?
