The critters that inhabit this planet have always affected the climate. The Oxygen extinction was a prime example. What the human race should do to survive is control the climate. We also need to leave the planet if we are to survive. If survival of humanity is the goal then these larger issues must be tackled. If we stop everything to "Fix" the climate then one day a dirty great rock will slam into the planet and by by climate and humans. Or the Russian step will erupt for millions of years. Maybe both?
Can humanity really do anything? Bloody Oath We can.!
But those really in charge need to stop the power games.
The problem with power is it is an aphrodisiac to those who have it and they want more, always more. So is humanity capable? My word it is but these power junkies need to go.
