The No FEAR Act was established to ‘‘require that Federal agencies be accountable for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.’’ and provides protection for political beliefs and sets a federal precedence. Her's was a Federal job but if a court does not overthrow her firing, then we no longer live in a free society. How long until they feel the same about IDW ?
