I just realized that the book the Host could also be considered a dystopia as well as romance novel. It's about these socialist aliens who go take over different planets because they believe they can make them perfect. They take over people's minds and bodies because they believe they have the better mind set. It isn't until Wanda enters Melanie's mind, and Melanie pushes back that Wanda goes "are we the baddies?"
