Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch Blast Supreme Court’s ‘Inexplicable’ Refusal to Hear Pennsylvania Election Lawsuit

The Supreme Court on Monday struck down a Republican challenge over absentee ballots received up to three days after Election Day in Pennsylvania.

Republicans in the Keystone State had sought to block a state court ruling that allowed the Nov. 6 deadline extension in the 2020 election.

The decision prompted dissents from three conservative justices; Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch. The trio argued that while the legal questions in the case may not have affected the outcome of the November election, the Supreme Court should taken the opportunity to clarify election law because the same legal issues could impact future elections.

Throughout his dissent, Thomas characterized the Court’s refusal to take cases challenging the election as “inexplicable,” “befuddling,” and “baffling.”

“These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable,” Thomas wrote.

A case in the Supreme Court could settle the election fraud question. A question that will hang over the United States of America for the rest of that nations time. Now comes the reason for this blatant election rigging. Trump was not one of the many presidents who's job it was to leave the USA a nation in name only. Like the EU the idea is to make all countries Nations in name only with laws made by a world government.
I believe that having learned what BREXIT did for the England those really incharge were not going to allow Trump to stand in the way.
Biden will start seeding the powers held by the USA law makers to external control. The end game is to have the USA nolonger a sovereign nation and any legal problems will be settled in the halls of power in the New World Order.
This has been carefully planed out with a decades long timetable, Trump was a bump in the road for these people. He may have been colorful and loud but his defeat (illegal most likely) might be the end of the democratic experiment that was the USA?
