No, it is not the time to change the Constitution in order to put an upper age limit on the presidency. The fact is that this man's age isn't really the issue; it is his mental instability. Yes, it is connected to his age, but many of that age are still quite sharp, and the fact is that the electorate didn't pick this man, probably in large part due to what they saw as mental impairment. He is in office because the election was stolen in order to put him there, against the actual will of the people. In other words, had the election been fairly and legally conducted, this mentally impaired elderly man would never have gotten into office. Instead, the electorate would have chosen another man -- one who is in his mid-seventies -- who is quite sharp and capable despite being that age.

Having said all of this, and even though I'm not sure it is a necessity, I'm quite open to the pursuit of a constitutional amendment to add an upper age limit, and, if the people want it, the amendment process will be successful.
