Insomnia?

I learned this week that pistachios are packed with melatonin. 2 or 3 small handfils of already shelled pistachios will knock you into a deep healthy sleep within a half hour of so.

They are also excellent for your mitochondria ... a whole other subject which I won't mention here.

Eat fresh fruit nut fresh vegetables herbs and spices for heath not medicine to cover symptoms
