Sorry the source is huffpost, but this bill did pass. A great many of the Republican states are enacting a lot of legislation that directly contradicts Biden's agenda. They are also taking him to court on issues he's already fucked up. I never count my chickens until they are hatched, but it appears since "bringing all sides together" is the opposite of what this Administration is doing, more and more Republican governors are cutting him off at the pass. One of the unusual benefits of a republic instead of a democracy. Fingers crossed.
The more ink on paper the better.
