Two things are necessary for their eugenics plan,

No admission of the deaths and the numbers thereof as that would result in an unwillingness of the population to take or even beg for "the jab". Forget even mentioning all the long term side effects; and
They have to maintain panic and fear and high numbers reporting in order to continue the program under the Emergency Use premise, without it they have to stop vaccinating people.
