What are levels?
In attempting to join a group I was notified that it is for "Level 2" users. What is that, and how does one "evolve"?

I am in the same corner, Mike.
The first two threads I tried to read were "level 2 only". This is annoying and seems rather elitist for a new group trying to attract new members. If I can't read what interests me before jumping through the hoops then why the hell should I bother?
