This sexualization of 11-year-olds is another step toward that goal. Remember that they claimed that Roman Polanski did nothing wrong by repeatedly raping a 12-year-old girl and not stopping till he had to flee to Switzerland to avoid prosecution for the crime. Can we say evil, children?
