Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Frankly, I think his voice is weak, and he struggles to raise it, so whispering into the microphone is simply an attention getting technique to emphasize his points. I don't think it is "creepy," even though it may not have been as effective as he thought it would be.
