When an hypothesis is tested empirically and reviewed by peers it becomes a theory. When people meet in secret to plot nefarious acts it is a conspiracy. When a conspiracy is exposed and the facts are shown true it is a legitimate conspiracy theory until the conspirators are tried in a court of law and it becomes a conspiracy conviction. So the CIA were idiots to call people exposing their malfeasance "conspiracy theorists" because it is an admission of the veracity of their claims. That said, these big money "elites" and big pharma shills who think it's fun to play god and design bioweapons are conspiring to kill most of the humans on Earth, and we are allowing them to do so because our political elites are bought and paid for by them.
