Here is the gist of Biden's remarks: "I bear responsibility for fundamentally everything that's happened," so long as you understand that to mean that "I bear zero responsibility" for anything that's happened. After all, it was President Trump's well planned withdrawal that I preempted, fast-tracked, and completely screwed up, resulting in American deaths and American's being stranded and in danger for their lives, not to mention the threat to our allies. C'mon man! Everybody knows that the press is supposed to cover for me and blame Trump! Get with the program!
