I'm glad he corrected himself this time around in recognizing that a U.S. president cannot undergo a court martial. It is not constitutional, and then there is the fact that the president is not actually a member of the military, so the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) does not apply to him. Nor can a U.S. president be impeached by the House and tried by the Senate simply for being an inept Commander in Chief. Yes, Biden is a bumbling idiot, but that is not illegal.

By the way, I'm not calling Biden a bumbling idiot because he is obviously suffering from dementia -- which would be a cruel thing to do -- I'm calling him a bumbling idiot because he has always been a bumbling idiot.
